Sync with App Icon
how difficult would it be to sync the app icon with the page theme set? Perhaps users could disconnect the two and pick each independently, but by default they could be synchronized?
Philosophically, this would achieve the effect where the app icon would truly be a "window" into the app's state, it would show the user what they're about to tap into.
Apparently this is difficult to achieve with an App icon because Apple requires some user input to approve app icon changes, so this might be off the table until the Apple APIs change. A widget could accomplish this, with the drawback that we'd have to develop a widget, which we don't want to do.
