"Create new page" on WeWrite

Creating new pages should be extremely easy. First of all, there's a persistent "+" button in the top right of all screens which make it easy to create a new page from scratch.

Secondly, when editing a page, the toolbar above the keyboard should have a "Insert Page" button and if a user types a page that doesn't yet exist, that will allow them to create the new page.

There could also be a way of creating a new page when scrolling down past the content of a page. The idea here is that you finished the page, and there's no more content, so now it's up to you to write more content.
