Edge-to-edge dark mode theme prototype (this isn't how the UI will work, it's just a demonstration)

When using a black background theme on WeWrite, text and UI elements will be butted up against the very edge of the UI, which will make the viewing experience more immersive and have the optical illusion of reducing the device's bezel.

As far as I can tell, this is a new insight. Never been done before. Apple doesn't even recognize this opportunity with their devices. Perhaps someday they will.
